Airports tenants are privileged users of our Fault Management System. If you have not yet received your acount information complete the registration form and we will create a profile for you on the portal.
Registered System Users will receive updates of work in progress, from our Maintenance department on faults they submit. We will also provide you with notification when work is completed on the fault you registered.
Any incident, hazard or fault you observe that is related to our airports may be reported using one of the forms provided. We encourage you to read our instructions on how to accurately complete each report.
